Welcome to VFW Post 1089 located in beautiful downtown Wadsworth Ohio. We welcome all veterans, family members, and anyone interested in helping those who served and our community as whole.  
 

Announcements

 Come to the Taste of Wadsworth and support the city and the VFW Post as there will be a variety of  restaurants serving different dishes. VFW Post 1089 will be cooking up Galley Boys and fries with a display of our MKT (Mobile Kitchen Trailer).
 
 
A new Queen of Hearts board has started. 
Drawings will be Saturdays at 9pm with the Weekly Drawing
Rules/Stipulations:
•$1 per ticket
•10% of the final jackpot (Queen of Hearts) will go towards Post Charities and a new board.
•Winners of the jackpot who are NOT present will receive half.
•Face Card Winners (comes out of weekly jackpot):
•Jacks = $10
•Kings = $25
•Non-Heart Queens = $30
•Jokers = $50

 
Weekly Drawings occur every Saturday at 2100 (9pm).
Monthly Drawings occur the last Monday of every month at 1930 (7:30pm) unless that Monday is a holiday.
