Welcome to VFW Post 1089 located in beautiful downtown Wadsworth Ohio. We welcome all veterans, family members, and anyone interested in helping those who served and our community as whole.

If interested in joining as a Full, Auxiliary, or Social member, please stop in at the Post or contact us through the Contact page. Eligibility can be found below.  

Weekly Drawings occur every Saturday at 2100 (9pm). 
Monthly Drawings occur the last Monday of every month at 1930 (7:30pm) unless that Monday is a holiday. 
 
The Canteen will now be open on Sundays for all Browns games. We will open at 12 (Noon) for all 1pm games, 3pm for 4pm games, and 7pm for 8pm games and close shortly after the conclusion. This is a potluck event, so please bring a dish to share. 

Swiss Steak Dinners will resume on every 3rd Saturday starting on October 16th from 5pm to 7pm.
     At this time, due to COVID regulations, ALL meals will be carry out until further notice.
