Welcome to VFW Post 1089 located in beautiful downtown Wadsworth Ohio. We welcome all veterans, family members, and anyone interested in helping those who served and our community as whole.  
 

Announcements

The Building Improvement Fundraiser has helped our Post repair many structural and cosmetic issues. Thank you to everyone who donated.  
 
Our Swiss Steak Dinner fundraisers will be March 18th and April 15th at 5pm for take out only. Orders will be taken starting at 3:30pm until sold out. Call the Canteen at 330-336-5008. Meals will cost $15 each. 
 
A new Queen of Hearts board has started. 
Drawings will be Saturdays at 9pm with the Weekly Drawing
Rules/Stipulations:
$1 per ticket
10% of the final jackpot (Queen of Hearts) will go towards Post Charities and a new board.
Winners of the jackpot who are NOT present will receive half.
Face Card Winners (comes out of weekly jackpot):
Jacks = $10
Kings = $25
Non-Heart Queens = $30
Jokers = $50

 
Weekly Drawings occur every Saturday at 2100 (9pm).
Monthly Drawings occur the last Monday of every month at 1930 (7:30pm) unless that Monday is a holiday.
